Booking Policy

25% of the total amount is required at the time of Umrah booking, and the remaining 75% must be paid 23 days before departure.

Child Policy

Children up to the age of 6 years are eligible for a 40% discount, you need to pay the amount of approximately 70,000–80,000. Please note that this amount excludes accommodation and food.

Infant Policy

For infants below two years of age, a payment of only 20,000 to 25,000 is required. All arrangements related to the baby must be managed by the guardian.

Khidmati Safar welcomes you to the digital orientation for hajj and Umrah with a welcoming drink called Kashmiri Kahwa.

Our Umrah/ Hajj Orientation starts with the Tilawat of Quranic Verses.

Followed by a soulful recitation of Naati Sharif.

Then begins our digital UmraH/Hajj Orientation with focusing on the travelling first.

After clearning the doubts regarding travelling then start our main focus on Umrah/Hajj journey Orientation.

A proper and well trained Scholar give a brief introduction about the Journey of Hajj and Umrah and make our pilgrims understood the real meaning and the spritual facts about the journey.

After the completion of the Hajj/Umrah orientation there is breif session for the pilgrims to clear their doubts if any.

We appreciate all those people who have travelled with us and recommends us to their loved ones by giving a momento as our pilgrims are our owners.

Then we head towards offering Dhur prayer and after, enjoys a delicious lunch that we have arranged for our pilgrims and the people accompanying them.

Before we end our Orientation we distribute Umrah/Hajj Kits with trolleys and all the necessay documents such as tickets, insurance, and visa.

We conclude our orientation by capturing these soulful and life long moments with our dear and loved pilgrims.
