Register the name on the Passport Portal you need to
Pay Online in order to make the appointment. After making an
Online Payment you have to wait until your payment status is confirmed. Once it is confirmed you can select your
Passport Appointment at your convince.
While applying for the passport for a
Newborn Baby both the
Parents should have a
Passport before applying for their child's passport. However, the name of the
Spouse should be endorsed, and if the spouse's name is
Not Endorsed, then they need to get the
Spouse's Name added to their passport.
After all the formalities are done you need to have a visit to the
PSK along with the
Passport of parents and certain
Documents of the newborn baby. The documents required are mentioned below:
- Birth Certificate of the baby.
- Passport of the parents as address proof.
- Dully filled and signed Annexure.
- Passport size photograph of the baby with white background.
- Appointment receipt.

Spouse Is Abroad one of the parents needs to
Submit Annexure D. However, if
Annexure D cannot be arranged you can
Submit Annexure C in order to apply for the passport of the newborn baby.
